Payment Policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance is due upon Check-in. Base rate does not include one-time cleaning fee of $65 for 1-Bedroom, $75 for 2-Bedroom, $95 for 3-Bedroom, and 8% state and local taxes.

Cancellation Policy
A charge equal to one night's stay if canceled 30 days prior to arrival, or entire deposit if less than 30 days. Refunds will be given by same payment type as that taken at time of reservation.

Arrival and Departure
Check in time is 4:00 p.m. Check out time is 10:00 a.m. No early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted.

All units are non-smoking.
There are no trailers or motorhomes permitted on property.
Personal grills are not allowed, however, park style grills are available on the premises.
Pets are not permitted, however a local pet resort (Mackinaw Trails End Kennel - 231-436-7334) is nearby. Their website link is:
