Payment Policy
We accept Visa and Mastercard. 50% deposit is required at time of booking. Balance is due upon check-in.
Base rate does not include one-time cleaning fee of $55 for 1-Bedroom, $65 for 2-Bedroom, $75 for 3-Bedroom, or 8% state and local taxes.
Cancellation Policy
A charge equal to one night's stay if canceled 30 days prior to arrival, or entire deposit if less than 30 days. Refunds will be given by same payment type as that taken at time of reservation.Arrival and Departure

All units are non-smoking. Pets are not permitted, however a local pet resort is nearby. (TrailsEnd Kennels: 231-436-7334).
There are no trailers or motorhomes permitted on property. Personal grills are not allowed, however gas grills are available on the premises.
